How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Something went wrong? Tell us. Cacnon Windows & Siding wants homeowners to get a fair, honest experience. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Cacnon Windows & Siding
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties, and customer service. If work on your home went badly, start with the provider. Put your concerns in writing and keep a copy.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. But know our limits. Cacnon Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@cacnon.property. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, in plain words, and what you would like us to do
What Happens After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
