Grow your window and siding business

Cacnon Windows & Siding is a referral service. We connect homeowners in the Loomis area with independent providers. If you do window replacement or siding installation, you may want those homeowner requests.

This is not a job listing. We do not hire employees here. We work with independent businesses.

Who we are looking for

• Independent contractors who install replacement windows.
• Residential siding contractors, including vinyl siding.
• Businesses that serve homeowners in or near Loomis.
• Providers who can take jobs of two windows or more.

We focus on replacement and installation. Repair-only work is not a fit for the requests we send.

What we expect

• Valid licensing and insurance as your area requires. You are responsible for it.
• Clear, written estimates.
• Polite, prompt follow-up on homeowner requests.
• Honest talk about scope, materials and timelines.
• Respect for the homeowner's right to compare and decide.

We do not accept pressure tactics. Homeowners should always feel able to say no.

How to apply

Send an email to contact@cacnon.property. Include:

• Your business name and the services you offer.
• The towns and areas you serve.
• Your licensing and insurance details.
• How many windows or how much siding you can usually take on.
• The usual days and hours you can return homeowner calls.

We will review your note and reply with next steps. Terms for referrals are discussed directly with you, and nothing is final until both sides agree.
